Quarry Bank Congregational Church invite you to their Summer Coffee Morning to be held on Saturday 16th June 2012 between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon. There will also be a Bring and Buy stall.
All proceeds in aid of the Ladies’ Class Project for 2012.
Pudsey is probably off to Hollywood with his new friend Simon after winning the ‘Britains Got Talent’ show.
Bring your dog to Quarry bank Community Centre on Thursday’s at 8.00pm for a free assesment and maybe to start their dance training and have great fun learning routines like Pudseys!

The Quarry Bank Darby & Joan Club held a party ay the Community Centre on 2nd May to celebrate the Club’s Golden (50th) anniversary.
The Club meets every Wednesday afternoon at the Quarry Bank Community Centre, Sheffield Street at 1.30pm.

Christ Church Spring Fair will be held at the Community Centre on Saturday 19th May 12noon – 2.00pm.

The Quarry Bank and Dudley Wood Community First Panel has recommended an award of £2,500 to help fund the ‘Enlight Projects’ Peer to Peer project to work with young people in the ward in creating a Youth Project to start in May as soon as funding application has been processed – read all about this project here . . .>
There will be a Craft Fair at the Community Centre Saturday 31st March from 11.00am till 1.00pm to include :- Garden ornaments, Jewellery, Face Painting, Decoupage, Fabric Gifts, Card Making, Tea/coffee and cakes please support this if you are able to and it can become a regular monthly event.
The Quarry Bank Townswomen Guild was formed in 1966 and has been successful now for for 46 years. We meet at the Congregational Sunday School on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 700 pm. Normally we have a Speaker, a chat and a cup of tea. We also have days out particularly in the summer, for more information use the form on the contact us page. . . >
The 1st Quarry Bank Christ Church Rainbows and Brownies took part in the Mothers Day Service held at Christ Church on Sunday 18th March – They sang, read poems about ‘moms’ and each said a short prayer.

The Quarry Bank and Dudley Wood Panel will decide upon projects for funding in their area. It is a matched fund programme, which means that every £1 provided in funding must be matched by a similar amount of in-kind donations (this means donations of cash, services, free products or volunteer time).
